By accessing or using the Fast Quick Whipz platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Overview

Fast Quick Whipz is a peer-to-peer car sharing platform operating in the Chicago metropolitan area. We connect vehicle owners (hosts) with renters seeking temporary vehicle access.

3. Insurance Requirements

All renters MUST maintain full coverage automobile insurance at ALL TIMES during the rental period. This is a non-negotiable requirement under Illinois law (815 ILCS 312).

4. Renter Responsibilities

Renters are responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, toll charges, vehicle damages, and returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas.

5. Geographic Restrictions

Vehicles may not be driven outside the State of Illinois without prior written consent from the vehicle owner.
